تحت أشراف الدكتور. نبيل الحاشدي تم أفتتاح قسم التأهيل النفسي و الاجتماعي من ضمن الاقسام الخدمية المتعددة التي تقدمها الجالية اليمنية لأبناء الجالية.
أن التاهيل الصحي النفسي والاجتماعي يقوم بوظائف منها مايلي:
تتضمن مهام الأخصائي الطبي النفسي القيام بإجراء المقابلات للمرضى
، وتقييم وتشخيص الحالات المحولة من خلال إجراء الأختبارات النفسية للتعرف على
القدرات العقلية والذهنية واختبارات الشخصية.كما ويقوم باستخدام طرق متعددة للعلاج
والمتابعة للمرضى من مثل الارشاد والعلاج المعرفي وتمارين الاسترخاء
يتضمن مهام الارشاد و الصحة النفسية هي إجراء المقابلات ووالدراسات الاجتماعية للمرضى
لهذه الغاية للتعرف على المشكلات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي تواجه المرضى
والتشبيك والتنسيق مع المؤسسات والجمعيات التي تعنى المصابين وذويهم لما يتعلق
بالمرضى وحسب طبيعة المشكلات. كما وتتطلب
مهام الأخصائي الاجتماعي القيام بإجراءات الارشاد اللازم لمساعدة المريض وذويه
لتعديل البيئة الفيزيقية والاسرية لتقيل المريض بوضعه الحالي كجزء من برنامج إعادة
التأهيل بعد الإصابة بالمرض المزمن أو الإعاقة.
أما مهام الار شاد الاجتماعي فيتضمن العمل مع الحالات لدراسة وضع ذوي الحاجات الخاصة( معوقين- عجزة
كبار بالعمر) وإجراء التقييم اللازم لهم والقيام بتخطبط برامج تعديل السلوك
المناسبة للحد من مشكلاتهم السلوكية وارشادهم إلى مزاكز التربية الخاصة المناسبة
لحالاتهم .

The functions

social and economic problems faced by patients and networking and coordination
with institutions and associations that deal with the injured and their
families to respect the sick , and by the nature of the problems . It also
requires the functions of the social worker performing procedures guidance
necessary to help the patient and his family to modify the physical environment
and Family to dismiss the patient as it stands as part of a rehabilitation
program after a chronic disease or disability.
The functions
of specialist counseling and health services include working with cases with
special needs and an evaluation was necessary for them and do treatment programs and help them in dealing
with drugs in and focus on the behavior
appropriate to reduce the problems of behavioral and instruct them to medical
centers and private hospitals appropriate for their condition .
